Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best service for all clients, please note the following: Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients in need. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be refunded. Failure to attend a pre booked appointment: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a missed appointment which was not attended, and the full session fee will be charged, no refunds will be issues. Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies can occur. Please contact Rebecca as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
