Refund Policy

At Rebecca Cox CBT, I aim to provide high-quality therapy services and a positive experience for all clients. This Refund Policy explains how I handle refunds and cancellations.

1. Therapy Sessions

  • Therapy sessions are booked and paid for in advance.

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged.

  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session fee is non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies).

 

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued if:

    • I am unable to provide the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances on my part.

    • You cancel your session with more than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Refunds are not available for partially completed or missed sessions.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, when paying with Stripe this will be refunded to the original payment card, within 14 days of approval.

 

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience an unexpected medical or personal emergency, please contact me to discuss options. I am committed to handling these situations with compassion.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

I will review your request and respond as soon as possible. This will not always be within 48 hours. 

 

6. Consumer Rights
